The Japanese Paper Place
Based in Toronto, Ontario, the Japanese Paper Place was founded in 1980 by Nancy Jacobi, who had taught in Japan for several years. For more than forty years, Nancy shared her passion for the traditions of Japanese craft with artists and book-binders. She retired in 2021, transferring the business to her step-daughter, Tara Moore-Jones.
At Prince Ink, we are proud to offer selections of finely decorated silk-screened paper from Japan, where they have been made using the same techniques for hundreds of years.
